RBP Africa’s management have been active in African telecommunications and technology for more than 15 years.

Fred Moturi - President RBP Africa
Fred has over 15 years experience as a senior business executive responsible for business development and management in the ICT and Telecoms sector in Africa. Mr. Moturi combines extensive ICT industry knowledge ranging from Data network services, turnkey corporate ICT projects, broadband internet service as well as mobile and telecom service provider environment, combined with extensive experience and exposure into key sub-Sahara Africa markets.  He also comes with a successful track record in building organizations and winning teams from start-up to senior management in mainstream successful operations that are market leaders in revenue, service provisioning and profitability.  Mr Moturi has participated in several mergers and acquisition activity ranging from identifying targets, deal negotiations, financing and integration of merged entities.

Mr Moturi has also been recognized and listed in the 2008 edition of the International Who’s  Who Historical Society as a business professional who has demonstrated exemplary achievements and contribution to the business community.

Thomas Yieke - Executive Vice President RBP Africa
Thomas is a seasoned business executive, with over 14 years of work experience in some of the world’s leading Technology companies.  He has a unique distinction having worked with 4 of the leading fortune 50 companies in the world. Thomas led Safaricom new business division for converged services in Business Development and as head of the Enterprise sales teams.  During his career, Thomas provided business and development advice to many business leaders, including country policy makers, ministers, Prime Ministers and even Presidents.

 

Geoffrey Shimanyula – Partner Kenya
Mr Shimanyula joins RBP with many years of Telecoms and technology experience with leading Pan-Africa operators active in Eastern Africa.  He has grown successfully through the ranks to holding two CEO positions in his last two assignments.  Shimanyula was previous the CEO of UUNET Kenya and lastly the CEO of One Communications – a fixed broadband data service provide associated with Safaricom, the leading mobile service provider in Kenya.

Mr Adewole – Partner Nigeria
Mr Adewole is currently CEO and founder of ITSI, an E-Business Consulting and IT Service firm based in Lagos Nigeria. He has previously worked in various management capacities; such as TGT Export, as the business development manager and I Vantage Technologies where he was responsible for technology analysis, strategy and business planning for start-ups and new businesses.

Lentswe Mpete – Partner Southern Africa
Mr Mpete is a founder and group CEO of Matla Group a turnkey telecommunications infrastructure build, maintain and manage company that delivers services to some of the leading mobile services providers and telecom equipment vendors in Africa.  He brings on board Infrastructure integration and operational management solutions designed to manage operational costs of mobile networks

Ellis Atekpe –Partner Ghana
Mr Atekpe has horned his experience in the financial sector.  He was the director responsible for Mortgage in a leading Ghanaian bank before embarking on building the pioneer Ghana Home Loans organization with partnerships with multi-national financial institutions Standard Bank among others.  Besides Ghana Home Loans, Mr. Atekpe is currently associated with a new group Interassociates Ghana who are partners in supporting Zain Ghana in selling airtime and deployment, management of GSM infrastructure and facilities

Maureen Kibiego – Senior Consultant
Ms Kibiego is experienced in business development and consultancy within the Contact Center Industry.  She has worked with various companies helping them design and implement call centres and also provide various services associated with setting up including: People issues, processes and technology solutions.  Ms Kibiego is currently involved in the facilitation of an Executive Leadership programme targeted at Women in Leadership positions within Corporate and Public Sector organizations.
